Returns & Exchanges


You may return any item within 7 days of confirmed receipt from your order delivery for a full refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For any exchanges, we will ship out the exchange upon receiving the new item. In this case the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for domestic US orders will pay the shipping costs to send you the replacement. For returns, a refund, minus shipping cost fees, is issued once we receive the items or a tracking # to confirm the returned items.

For Masks: If the masks we made for you doesn’t suit you, you may return it. Every mask is hand made for you, and it will never cover another. For safety and health reasons, masks will not be resold and will be disposed.

Exceptions are made if the wrong order is received, or if the item is defective. If you think you received the wrong order or a defective item, please email us within 7 days of receipt matching your Fedex delivery note. Email us the issue along with clear photos.

For International Orders

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and replacement orders if the exchange is due to no fault of so please be sure to refer to the sizing charts before placing any orders.

Our dedicated inspection teams in our production facilities look over every inch of our garments and other items for imperfections before its packaged. Occasionally a problem may be overlooked or hidden, and we are more than happy to make it right.

If an item is received that is incorrect please send us a photo of the item received via email to with as much detail as possible, size received, size ordered, design order what was received, and we will reply back to you within 48 hours with next steps. Do not send back the item without having a discussion with us first as return postage will not be reimbursed without prior approval.

In the event an international order is refused due to customs / tax charges and sent back to us and a refund is requested will consider this request on a case by case basis and if a refund is approved there will be a charge ranging from $13 to $20 depending on the item and shipping costs incurred by The Times of Bill LLC which will be deducted from the refund.

You should expect to receive your refund, minus shipping cost fees, within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.
